Saturday, June 3
9:00 – 11:45am
11:45 – 2:30pm: break, participants can take class2:30 – 5pm
Sunday, June 4
9:00 – 11:45am
11:45 – 2:30pm: break, participants can take class
2:30 – 5pm
Weekend includes review of elements of OM yoga class from beginning OM to closing OMmmm and all postures in-between. We will explore ways to integrate OM and Buddhist philosophy into teaching asana. Participants will have opportunity to teach and get feedback, and time to take several asana classes. Participants are encouraged to email specific questions and teachers will address as many as possible during the weekend.
As a reminder, by June 30, 2006 ALL OM certified teachers who graduated from OM yoga tt before 2005 will be required to have taken an entire OM yoga teacher training refresher weekend or attend a Road to OM year in order to maintain up-to-date certification as an OM yoga teacher and continue to be eligible to teach at OM yoga or any OM yoga affiliated studio.
