the muscles as well as building strength to
ensure an easier labor and post-partum recovery.

first time and the friend's class is FREE!

AND...All Pre-natal moms receive one
FREE OM yoga mOMmy & me class
(one per person, and expires one-and-a-half
years after the birth of your child).
