MARISA DEMOS
Marisa answered the call of yoga in 1994 and has been listening ever since. In 2002, she completed the Road to Om program. Yoga continually captures her attention
and has become her vehicle for finding steadiness and freedom. A former professional modern dancer, she credits yoga with helping her body to maintain it's
equilibrium. She is inspired by the courage she witnesses daily in her students, as both their joys and fears present themselves. Many thanks to Cyndi Lee and the teachers at Om for their insight, expertise, and laughter.
