Mia Caress
Mia is thrilled to be a part of the Om teaching staff. She began her practice nearly 10 years ago and took classes all over the city looking for the right fit. After her first class at Om, she knew she had found it.. She graduated from the Weekend Warrior teacher training and obtained her Pre-Natal certification with Janice Clarfield in 2006. She is grateful to Margi and Sarah for sharing their endless wealth of knowledge and to Cyndi for creating such a haven in our wonderful city.
