LAURA MARTIN
Laura Martin began practicing yoga over ten years ago, while she was still dancing with American Ballet Theatre. She soon found OM, and firmly believes that her practice here has opened her life in ways that she never could have expected, (most likely because after years in pointe shoes, she was skillfully taught how to breathe). She is incredibly grateful to Cyndi for creating a safe space in which to grow and to all of the teachers with whom she has studied over the years. She is honored to join the OM team.
