SARAH TRELEASE
Sarah Trelease is known for infusing great joy, a sense of community, and love into her classes. She is a graduate of OM's 2002 Joining Heaven & Earth teacher training and Judith Lasater's Relax & Renew restorative yoga teacher training. She has also earned a certification with Don and Amba Stapleton in Nosara, Costa Rica. Sarah has assisted Cyndi Lee in retreats and workshops from New York to Moscow and has co-taught with fellow OM senior teacher Brian Liem, retreats at Pura Vida, Costa Rica and Inner Harmony Utah. Sarah has been a member of the OM yoga teacher training faculty since 2004.
