ABOUT
THE PROGRAM Upon successful completion of this program, teacher trainees will be certified to teach OM yoga and qualified to register with the Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level. CEUs also available. OM yoga feels like home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. When you are spending
so much time in Teacher Training, you want to feel like it is somewhere where you belong. OM yoga takes the mystery out of yoga so students feel comfortable. There is a special
appeal in working with a yoga method that incorporates Buddhist principles, and nurtures
mindfulness as well as kindness and compassion towards ourselves and others. Friday from 6-9pm, Sat and Sun from 9 - 5pm(1hr. break)
