ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Begin your journey to becoming an OM yoga teacher with our original 200-hour certification program. During each class we focus on a particular component of teaching a complete OM yoga vinyasa-style class. Throughout the course we will explore the principles behind OM yoga, including the benefits, the philosophy, its relationship to the rest of our lives, manifesting and transmitting the techniques in an authentic way. CEUs are also available.

Upon successful completion, teacher trainees will be certified to teach OM yoga and qualified to register with the Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level.
