Begin your journey to becoming an OM yoga teacher with our original 200-hour certification program. Throughout the course we will explore the principles behind OM yoga feels like home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. When you are spending so much time in Teacher Training, you want to feel like it is somewhere where you belong. OM yoga takes the mystery out of yoga so students feel comfortable. There is a special appeal in working with a yoga method that incorporates Buddhist principles, and nurtures mindfulness as well as kindness and compassion towards ourselves and others. Weekend Dates Part II: March 2 - 5 (Taught by Cyndi Lee) Parts II - IV Part V: May 4-7(4 days)
All applicants must be able to do urdhva dhanurasana, sirsasana (without support of the wall), and adho mukha vrksasana (with or without the wall). All applicants must have a consistent yoga practice of at least two years.
