ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Begin your journey to becoming an OM yoga teacher with our original 200-hour certification program. Throughout the course we will explore the principles behind
OM yoga, including the benefits, the philosophy, its relationship to the rest of our lives, manifesting and transmitting the techniques in an authentic way. CEUs are also available.   Upon successful completion of this program, teacher trainees will be certified to teach OM yoga and qualified to register with the Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level. CEUs also available.

OM yoga feels like home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. When you are spending so much time in Teacher Training, you want to feel like it is somewhere where you belong.
- Joe Miller, OM yoga Senior Teacher and Teacher Training Faculty Member

OM yoga takes the mystery out of yoga so students feel comfortable. There is a special appeal in working with a yoga method that incorporates Buddhist principles, and nurtures mindfulness as well as kindness and compassion towards ourselves and others.
- Margi Young, OM yoga Senior Teacher and Teacher Training Faculty Member
