Wake up to your day with mindfulness meditation practice. We'll begin each morning with a short yoga warm-up, practice meditation for about 45 minutes, then end our session with a restorative pose. Meditation instruction will be given and there will be time for some Q&A during the week. At the end of the week you will have made a good start toward establishing a personal meditation practice. |
