This workshop is an ideal setting for yoga teachers, massage therapists, bodywork practitioners, and is open to all who are seeking to learn more about this ancient practice. Rooted in the Buddhist traditions of compassion and mindfulness, TYM integrates movement, stretching and the yoga principles of moving through postures to facilitate relaxation, increased awareness, balance and a greater sense of well-being.

Using hands, feet, arms, and legs, the practitioner guides the recipient through a series of yoga postures, creating a harmonious and therapeutic dance with awareness. With a light hearted, engaging style, Jyothi will instruct you in the theory and practice of a basic full body Thai Yoga massage with a practical and hands on approach.

In this course, students are immersed in the practice of Thai Yoga Massage. An invaluable introduction to those wishing to learn more or perhaps begin studying with Lotus Palm School, students will learn...
