This six-week series of yoga classes is especially designed for complete beginners. It is an excellent, structured way of getting to know the basics of Hatha Yoga. We will take you through the fundamentals of alignment and breathing which will come into immediate play in your everyday life. You will also learn and practice basic stretches, balancing poses, strengthening exercises and relaxation techniques. You can begin to experience for yourself some of the benefits that can arise from practicing yoga such as increased flexibility, strength, cardiovascular and digestive health, as well as a sense of well-being and relaxed awareness. Class sizes are limited so that you will recieve lots of
personal attention and can gain the skills and confidence to move into
the Basic Level.
