Intro to OM yoga

COST: $5!!
Students may take Into to OM one time only.
Offered twice a month, this class teaches brand new beginners the basics of OM yoga in a special, 90-minute format. We will learn the fundamentals of alignment and breathing, as well as the practice of basic stretches, balancing poses, strengthening exercises, and relaxation techniques. Click here for more info.

Basics (& FUNdamentals)
TIMES: See class schedule
COST: $18 or a class card
A regularly scheduled class offered 2-3 times daily, seven days a week on a drop-in basis. This class is recommended for beginning students new to OM yoga. Principles of alignment, breathing and mindfulness are taught in elemental versions of all basic poses.

Basics/Intermediate

COST: $18 or a class card
A regularly scheduled class offered weekly on a drop-in basis. This class is recommended for students who have been regularly attending Basics classes but wish to transition into Intermediate classes with a more vigorous class that introduces jumpbacks and inversions.
