Offered twice monthly
on a drop-in basis, Intro to
OM yoga will teach brand new beginners the basics of OM yoga in a special, 90-minute class format. We will learn the fundamentals of alignment and breathing, as well as the practice of basic stretches, balancing poses, strengthening exercises, and relaxation techniques.
No previous yoga experience
is necessary! |
