KAREN LANGAN
Karen Langan began her yogic journey 8 years ago and from her very first class knew she had happened upon something profoundly life altering. As a licensed Social Worker, she is continually amazed by the power yoga has to transform and heal - both physically and spiritually - and brings this appreciation to her teaching style. A graduate of Joining Heaven and Earth Teacher Training in 2005, Karen would like to thank Jennnifer Brilliant and Frank Mauro for showing her the possiblilites and leading the way. She would also like to thank Cyndi Lee for creating such a beautiful space to practice and grow in, as well as all of the wonderful OM teachers, past and present, who have contributed to making her practice what it is today. She is greatful to be part of such an inspiring community! As the mother of two teenagers Karen is afforded a constant opportunity to take her practice off the mat and integrate it into her daily life.
