Classes and workshops can be conducted on-site, in your office or at OM yoga.


OM yoga can assess the needs of your employees and design a class that is best suited for your group.

  • Classes are offered in 30-90 minute formats for students of all levels: basic/beginner, mixed levels, restorative, meditation & relaxation.
  • Classes are most effective when run in a series once or twice a week for a minimum of 8-weeks.
  • Prices vary depending on class size and length of commitment.


Firm the body, and relax the mind with an OM yoga workshop designed specifi cally for your organization. Workshops can be designed from one hour to a full day. Select from any one or combination of:

  • Stress management
  • Meditation techniques
  • Breathing exercises
  • Simple yoga poses


This is a great way to help people stay alert and focused during meetings or conferences.


A series of energetic and meditative exercises that can be performed at one’s desk or conference room table - a healthy alternative/ addition to a coffee break.


The massage break can be either chair massage or reflexology. Massage increases blood flow and relaxation. Other bodywork techniques are available upon request.


Private one-on-one sessions for individuals seeking personalized instruction. This is ideal for people with unpredictable schedules or specific health issues (e.g. allergies, insomnia, injuries). Sessions can be conducted on-site or at OM yoga.
